Sales Position/Full Time

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Consultation: Greet walk-in and phone customers, evaluate their towing vehicle specifications, and recommend appropriate trailer models based on weight ratings (GVWR) and payload requirements.

  • Sales Execution: Walk clients through inventory on the lot, present pricing options, process sales agreements, and present upsell options.

  • Inventory Management: Maintain lot organization and ensure pricing stickers are accurate.

  • Financing & Paperwork: Guide customers through financing applications, process registration/titling paperwork, and verify trade-in valuations.

  • Delivery & Hand-off: Perform pre-delivery inspections, assist customers with hitch alignment, verify lighting/brake connection safety, and demonstrate proper loading practices.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)

  • Experience: 1–3 years of sales experience (dealership, outdoor power equipment, or automotive preferred).

  • Technical Aptitude: Understanding of towing mechanics, gross vehicle weight ratings (GVWR), tongue weight, and hitch receiver classes.

  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, operating hand and power tools, along with the physical capability to manually operate trailer tongues, jacks, and couplers. 

  • Licensing: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to safely maneuver truck-and-trailer setups around the lot.


Parts & Service Writer/Full Time

Key Responsibilities

  • Service Intake & Advising: Greet walk-in and commercial customers, record reported issues, and write clear, detailed repair work orders for service technicians.

  • Parts Identification & Counter Sales: Look up replacement components, manage counter retail sales, and maintain inventory stock levels.

  • Estimating & Customer Billing: Calculate parts and labor estimates, contact customers for repair authorizations, and process final invoices upon completion.

  • Technician Coordination: Assign repair orders to service technicians, source required shop parts to minimize bay downtime, and monitor job progress to meet promised completion times.

  • Warranty & Claims Processing: Document warranty repairs according to manufacturer guidelines, submit claim paperwork, and track return-part credits from trailer manufacturers.

  • Equipment & Inventory Operation: Safely operate forklifts to load and unload components from delivery trucks. Drive skid steers to maneuver heavy equipment, clear lot pathways, or place items onto trailers. 

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)


  • Experience: 1–3 years in service writing, automotive/equipment parts sales, or trailer shop operations. Ability to operate a forklift and skid steer.

  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with towing mechanicals: electric/hydraulic brake systems, axle ratings, wiring harnesses, suspension, and hitch setups.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal communication, customer service focus, and ability to handle high-volume shop phone calls.



Service Tech/Full Time

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnostics & Repair: Inspect, diagnose, and repair electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical issues on trailers (including electric/hydraulic brakes, wiring harnesses, lights, suspension, axles, and frame components).

  • Scheduled Maintenance: Perform routine servicing, including repacking wheel bearings, inspecting tires, and checking coupler/latch integrity.

  • Assembly & Modifications: Install aftermarket accessories, toolboxes, tie-down tracks, and custom fittings using hand tools, power tools, and basic fabrication techniques.

  • Work Order Management: Document all completed repairs, parts used, and labor hours accurately on electronic or paper service tickets.

  • Safety & Quality Control: Conduct pre-delivery safety inspections on completed jobs to verify roadworthiness and adhere to shop safety guidelines at all times.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)


  • Experience: 1-3 years in automotive, heavy equipment, trailer, or mechanical shop service.

  • Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of electrical wiring, hydraulic systems, and trailer brake systems.

  • Tools & Equipment: Experience operating standard hand and power tools; familiarity with shop machinery, jacks, or basic welding equipment is a plus.

  • Physical & Licensing: Ability to lift heavy components (up to 50+ lbs) and perform physical work outdoors or in shop bays.
